Our Church Health & Development (CHAD) Team exists to help our BCBC churches become worshiping and witnessing congregations by assisting with revitalization strategies, leadership training and by encouraging health and growth.

On behalf of our churches we research resources – programs, events and materials – and assist in funding so that access to those resources are possible. It is our desire to give genuine pastoral support.

Pastors may also contact the CHAD Team directly through our District Minister.
